Electronics Engineering Technology Information
Students interested in earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology will be able to thanks to a partnership between ATC and South Carolina State University.
Beginning in January 2008, students will pursue an Associate Degree in Engineering — Major in Electronic Engineering Technology at ATC before seamlessly transferring into SCSU's Bachelor program as a junior. They will then continue to take SCSU classes on ATC's campus.
"This degree gives students a solid foundation that can lead them into exciting jobs in design-related and manufacturing-related fields, including production planning and control, process design, field support and more," said ATC Dean of Technical Education Dr. Tracy P. Pierner. "It's a wonderful opportunity to obtain a fully accredited BSEET degree without having to relocate to meet residency requirements."
This program is open to past graduates of the Associate in Engineering program as well as to new students.
