Kelvin Cruse Joins Knights: Kelvin Cruse was a two-year starter for the varsity basketball team at Richland Northeast High School. Kelvin excelled on the court for the Cavaliers, playing on two very competitive teams. In both of his seasons at Richland Northeast, Kelvin helped lead the Cavaliers to the 2nd round of the 4-A State Playoffs.

This past season, Kelvin was named to the All-Region team and led the Cavaliers in blocks at 3.2 blocks per game. The Cavaliers finished the season at 21-5. According to Coach Capers, "Kelvin, an athletic 6'8" signee, will add a strong inside presence with his rebounding and shot blocking ability."
