Sophomore Basketball Players
Signed to Four-Year Colleges
The head coach of the ATC men's basketball team, Bruce Capers, announced the signings of several sophomore Knights to four-year NCAA colleges and universities.
Two players are heading to Division II schools in the Peach Belt Conference: Mathew Todd to Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina and Dajuwan Carter to USCA. Mario Farris will join the squad of Morehouse College in Atlanta, which competes in Division II of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
Tracy O'Neal is headed to North Carolina Central University in Durham to compete in Division I of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. Heading westward is Darnell Davis, who will be displaying his court skills at Eastern Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, a Division II school in the Lone Star Conference.
Several more ATC sophomore Knights were holding recruiting talks with other colleges and announcements will be made soon.
