MyATC Portal Login Help

Accounts are activated when students have applied to the college. Students who cannot log in can use the following to aid in the process:
Find My Username
To find your user name, use our secure form on the MyATC Find My User Name page.

Reset/Change My Password
For first-time users, your temporary password is the last six digits of your social security number.

If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset by going to our MyATC Password Change page.


Login to MyATC Portal
MyATC Portal is a secure interactive Web application that enables students to use WebAdvisor (allows one to view information about their ATC academic and financial records), access email, blackboard and department sites. After applying to ATC, prospective students and current students will have access to MyATC Portal.
To access WebAdvisor, log into MyATC Portal.


MyATC Email
As part of the new MyATC Portal implementation, the college is changing to Microsoft live@edu student email. This service gives you much larger mailboxes (10Gb), and better system uptime. Also, all students will have 25 Gb of online storage and free online use of the main Microsoft Office products.
In order to be able to access your new live@edu email account through the new college portal, you will need to first change your password with the MyATC Password Change page. (This is what the Microsoft software requires in order to kick start the password synchronization.) Changing your password this way will also change your your college network login password, the new MyATC Portal password and your new @atc.edu live@edu email password. (However, it will not change your old @myemail.atc.edu password.) Access to your new email will be through the new MyATC Portal.
After changing your password, you should be able to log into MyATC Portal and access your new email using the email link in the middle near the top of the main page. There will also be a link on the right to your old email using your old email password.
