Apply for Financial Aid
Complete ATC Placement Test or submit acceptable SAT (480 verbal/440 math)/ACT scores (19 composite score)
Meet with Counseling Services (for orientation and course selection)
Set up WebAdvisor account
Register for classes using WebAdvisor
(see Course Schedule for dates)
Pay for tuition (via WebAdvisor or cashier’s office)
Purchase books
Attend classes
Transfer Student

Aiken Technical College has an open-door admission policy. This means the College admits all adult citizens who can benefit from available learning opportunities.
In order to enroll at ATC, applicants:
Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must participate in placement testing prior to acceptance.
Applicants who require additional preparation for college-level work must enroll in developmental courses to develop the necessary basic skills in English, reading and mathematics.
The College reserves the right to refuse readmission to any applicant who has an unacceptable academic or conduct record. Individuals with financial obligations to the College must resolve these obligations before they will be allowed to register for classes.
