The best advice I can provide to someone considering a career with ATC is to be student success-focused. As a technical college, everyone has an opportunity to completely change a student’s life for the better.

Education is one of the most valuable things a person can achieve, whether for personal or professional advancement. Being part of an amazing team dedicated to helping others pursue their education is extremely rewarding. What could be more amazing than interacting with students and positively influencing their futures while doing what you love and getting paid to do it?

What I enjoy most about being a part of the ATC team is having the opportunity to invest in someone. Whether it be a student, coworker, or community member, my greatest success is providing people with the tools, skills, joy, and encouragement they need to impact the world around them.

Our students can make a difference in patients’ lives each day by being fully trained to be an advocate for patient health and making sure patients receive the medical care they need. The difference I once made in a medical office is now being multiplied in our community through our graduates.
