Applicants and undergraduate students at Aiken Technical College are provided a MyATC student account. This account provides access to:
- ATC Email Address
- Office 365 web applications and OneDrive cloud storage
- MyATC Self-Service
- MyATC Portal
- Blackboard
These services help to provide necessary tools for a student's time with Aiken Technical College.
Account Setup
If you are new to Aiken Technical College and the MyATC Portal, Self-Service, and Blackboard, the Account Setup process will:
- Introduce you to MyATC websites
- Provide a username and email address
- Prompt you to create a password
Set up an account as a new user
Account Recovery
If you are an existing user and are having difficulties signing into any of the MyATC websites, the account recovery process will:
- Verify your identity
- Recover your username and email address
- Prompt you to reset your password.
Account Deactivation
Upon graduation, or when a student stops attending undergraduate classes for a full year, they are no longer recognized as a student of the college. At this time their MyATC student account may be deactivated, and access to the associated email address and OneDrive cloud storage will be removed.
Preparing for Deactivation
If you have received notification that your account will soon be deactivated, we strongly encourage you to take the following steps:
- Forward imiportant emails to a personal email address
- Notify important contacts of a separate email address
- Download local copies of any important files from your MyATC OneDrive storage.
Extensions
If you require a temporary extension, please contact the Office of Information Technology to request an extension.
