2022 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration

Aiken Technical College (ATC) and the University of South Carolina Aiken (USC Aiken) will present the 2022 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration on Sunday, January 23 at 3 p.m. at the USC Aiken Convocation Center, 2049 Champion Way, Graniteville, SC 29829. Doors will open at 2:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

U.S. House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn will be the keynote speaker for the event. He is the third-ranking Democrat in the U.S. House of Representatives and has represented South Carolina’s sixth congressional district since 1993.

The annual event will also include award recognitions and musical selections. From 2:30-3 p.m., attendees can meet with representatives from more than 20 local nonprofit and service organizations as part of the event's service fair.
