The Office of Human Resources provides a number of services including assisting in the hiring, retention and transition of employees; overseeing compensation, including fringe benefits; and providing professional and personal development opportunities.

The Human Resources staff guides College departments in determining and managing its staffing needs; performance reviews and coaching efforts; and the transition of employees during the on- and off-boarding process.

The office also provides information on benefits and resources available to employees that enhance their quality of life such as health, dental, vision and life insurance; retirement planning; employee assistance programs; and various retail and entertainment discounts.
