Employee Testimonial

Aiken Technical is unmatched in the ability the College has to foster lifelong relationships with its employees and the opportunities we are afforded to grow personally and professionally. During my time here, I have been able to take courses at ATC through the Employee Tuition Waiver program and serve on various committees and associations, including the United Way Giving Campaign, SC Women in Higher Education, and the SC Technical Education Association. Another great benefit I have experienced since joining the ATC team is the work-life balance that is not only encouraged but supported by the College, supervisors, and administration. The College is not only a great supporter of its employees but our students as well. The College works continuously to develop local partnerships with the school district, hospitals, businesses, and industries to ensure that they are providing the best educational, clinical, training, and employment opportunities available to the students. It is exciting to see the work we are doing to cultivate young minds, how hard the students are working to accomplish their lifelong dreams, and the role I play in supporting the education and well-being of every student.
