I chose to be a part of the ATC team because I wanted to gain knowledge in different trades as well as be a part of a solid organization to start my career. Aiken Tech has a very stable work environment that has allowed me to build upon my character. As a goal-oriented person, I enjoy helping the College reach the goals it has set out to accomplish. My experience at ATC has been great so far. Everyone has always been kind and polite, creating a more satisfying and enjoyable work environment. I enjoy the different activities the College provides for employees, such as the employee/holiday lunches, giving gala fundraising events, and even the small things like having a food truck on campus for the day. The small things really do make a big difference in boosting morale and making employees feel appreciated. I really enjoy being a part of something bigger than myself. We are all in this together and reaching our goals as a team!
