Continuing Education: Gas Metal Arc Welding/MIG Course
Prepare for the American Welding Society SENSE Level 1 Entry Welder certification by enrolling in the Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) course (also known as Metal Inert Gas (MIG)).
The course will be held September 24-January 30 with class meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 10 p.m. The cost of the course is $1,525.
The course will include both classroom and lab time and will cover topics such as shop safety and health, drawing and welding symbols, thermal cutting processes, and welding inspection and testing.
Students will be required to wear cotton long-sleeve shirts, long pants, and leather boots.
