Crunchy in the Commons
It’s time to get crunchy! Reconnect with yourself and join us on Wednesday, October 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Student Activities Center gym for fun and healthy activities.
Schedule:
- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Enjoy an acai bowl from Palmetto Bowls! The first 50 are FREE for students, faculty, and staff. (Look for the Palmetto Bowls truck parked in the lot behind the gym.)
- 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Join a yoga class in the gym to stretch out those kinks; the class is led by yoga instructor Kelsey
- Noon to 2 p.m.: Join an outside chair aerobics class to release some endorphins; the class is led by aerobics instructor Robin
This event is sponsored by the 50th Anniversary Planning Committee and is a part of ATC’s yearlong celebration leading to the College’s 50th anniversary in September 2022. Be on the lookout for announcements about other events.
