Summer 2021 Advisement/Registration Period

Registration is open for Summer 2021 courses. Summer Term 1 courses begin Monday, May 10, 2021. Summer Term 2 classes begin Monday, June 7, 2021. New and current should schedule an appointment to meet with their adviser prior to registering. Online appointments are available.

Once a student has been advised and released by their adviser, the student can complete the registration process online. Students are encouraged to complete the process as soon as possible after being advised.

(Note: The College is closed November 26-27 for Thanksgiving Break and December 21-January 1 for Winter Break. Those who have been advised may still complete the registration process online during these breaks. Applications to the College may also be submitted during this time period.)

Aiken Technical College (ATC) has named its 2020-21 South Carolina Technical Education Association Educator of the Year award recipients.

The awards recognize employees throughout the South Carolina Technical College System who have contributed to furthering the System’s mission and have done outstanding work in their roles at their colleges.

Employer Registration Open for Virtual Career Fair

Area employers are invited to participate in the SC Technical College System Virtual Career Fair on Tuesday, April 20. The career fair will provide employers with an opportunity to interact with technical and community college students from around the state, including Aiken Technical College.

Aiken Technical College, University of South Carolina Aiken to Host Virtual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration Event

Aiken Technical College and the University of South Carolina Aiken will present the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration on Sunday, January 24 at 3 p.m. virtually via the institutions’ Facebook and YouTube pages.

The keynote speaker for the event will be Benedict College President Dr. Roslyn Clark Artis, who will speak on Dr. King’s quote, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,” the theme for the 2021 event.
