MLK Day of Service 2026

Students, faculty, and staff from Aiken Technical College and USC Aiken came together today for the annual MLK Day of Service. Participants volunteered at three local nonprofits: ACTS of Aiken, the Aiken Animal Shelter, and Clean Up Aiken.

The annual Day of Service is an opportunity to collaborate and connect while serving our community. The Day of Service leads up to the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration held on Sunday, February 8, at the USCA Convocation Center.

The Day of Service was open to students, faculty, and staff. Those who volunteered made a difference in our community by honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy through service. This is an annual event offered to students.
