Nominations Being Accepted for 2022 Human & Civil Rights Award

The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration Committee presents the Human & Civil Rights Champion Awards each January to recognize those who have advocated for and supported diversity, equity, inclusion, and human rights.

The honors are presented to a student from each Aiken Technical College and University of South Carolina Aiken and to one community member.

Nominations are being accepted through Friday, November 12 for the 2022 Human & Civil Rights Champion Awards. Self-nominations are also accepted. Please visit the following links for a complete list of criteria and the nomination forms:

The deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, November 12 at 5 p.m. For more information, contact the Office of Marketing & Public Relations at marketing@atc.edu.
