1. Lease Approval with Aiken County Public School District

At the August 14, 2023, meeting, the Commission approved the request for a land easement for the new Aiken County Public School District Aiken County Career and Technology Center. Since the August meeting, the language changed from an easement to a lease agreement per the request of the Real Property at the Office of Administration. The Commission will review a revised draft letter to the State Property Services reflecting the change from an easement to a lease agreement.
