Third Annual Sustainability Expo

Learn about the environment we share and how you can get involved during Aiken Technical College's third annual Sustainability Expo. The event will be held on Wednesday, April 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the gymnasium and is free and open to the public.

The expo will feature community group and business exhibitors, demos, contests, and giveaways. Participating exhibitors include:

  • Clean Up Aiken

  • Keep Aiken County Beautiful

  • City of North Augusta

  • SC Energy Office

  • Sustainable CSRA

  • Purebred Compost

  • Silver Bluff Audubon Center

  • Green Energy Biofuel

  • Citizens for Nuclear Technology Awareness

  • SC DHEC-Aiken and Columbia

  • EDF Action

Aiken Technical College and Rolls-Royce Power Systems have collaborated to create a new pre-apprenticeship program that will enable students to earn a National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) Certification and have the opportunity to be considered for employment with Rolls-Royce.
