Aiken Tech leaders host annual legislative dinner

Aiken Technical College recently welcomed members of the Aiken County Legislative Delegation for the annual State of the College dinner.

College leadership shared highlights from the past year along with updates on ongoing initiatives and future priorities centered on student success, workforce development, and community impact.

The evening also included special recognition of Joe Lewis, chair of the Aiken County Commission for Technical and Comprehensive Education, who was named the ACCT Trustee of the Year for the Southern Region.

The event brought together legislators, commissioners, college leadership, and partners from the South Carolina Technical College System, including System President Dr. Tim Hardee.
