Colleges Partner to Host FAFSA Night

Aiken Technical College, University of South Carolina Aiken, and the SC Commission on Higher Education have collaborated to host a Fall FAFSA Night to help area families navigate the federal aid application process.

The event will be held Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the 700 building on the ATC campus. Financial aid staff from ATC and USC Aiken will be available to assist with completion of the FAFSA and answer questions.

Nominate a Student for the 2020 Human & Civil Rights Champion Award!

The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration committee presents the Human & Civil Rights Student Champion Award to one student from each Aiken Technical College and USC Aiken during its annual event in January.

Nominations are being accepted through November 22 for the 2020 Human & Civil Rights Student Champion Award.

Civil Rights Historian to be Keynote Speaker for 2020 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration

Civil rights historian Bobby Donaldson, Ph.D., who has contributed to several projects and documentaries on the era, will be the keynote speaker for the 2020 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration presented by Aiken Technical College and University of South Carolina Aiken on Sunday, Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. in the USC Aiken Convocation Center.
