Keyatta Priester named Aiken Chamber Woman of the Year

Congratulations to Keyatta Priester on being named Woman of the Year at the 108th Annual Dinner of the Aiken Chamber of Commerce! She serves on the Aiken County Commission for Technical and Comprehensive Education, on the South Carolina Association of Technical College Commissioners, and on the Impact and Success Committee for the Association of Community College Trustees. She is also the Community Development Manager for Aiken Electric Cooperative.

As reported by Aiken Standard, “She has championed education and workforce readiness — serving in key leadership roles connected to our technical college system and advocating statewide for stronger governance, better training, and more inclusive pathways to student success,” said Molly Jones, immediate past chair of the Chamber’s executive board.

Her leadership and commitment to service are shown through her work with United Way of Aiken County, Aiken Family YMCA, the Aiken County Public School District Early Learning Advisory Board, the Rotary Club of Aiken, and numerous community boards and councils across the region. This award reflects the meaningful impact she continues to make throughout Aiken County.
