A new statewide transfer partnership agreement between the South Carolina Technical College System (SCTCS) and the South Carolina Public Research Universities, specifically Clemson University and the University of South Carolina Columbia, aims to strengthen the seamless transfer of credits from technical colleges to public research universities within the state.

For Stephanie Zaragoza, hard work and determination have paid off. She is headed to Harvard University this fall.
