Department Mission

The mission of Information Services Management (ISM) at Aiken Technical College is to provide excellent service desk, infrastructure, and application support to meet the IT needs of the College. These goals will be accomplished by partnering with all areas of the College to provide customer focused service with technical leadership to meet the current and future needs of our customers.

Main Functions

To implement and support an effective computing infrastructure, service desk, and application management that provides technology needs in a learning environment to ensure that the goals of the College are met.

The Technology Help Desk offers a single point of contact for all customer inquiries related to Aiken Technical College's technical infrastructures. The Technology Help Desk agents provide technical analysis, problem solving and first level diagnostics.
