Aiken Technical College and Lander University Partner to Advance Education

Lander University and Aiken Technical College have formed a partnership to enhance the transfer of students from Aiken Tech to Lander. The agreement applies to Lander University’s Criminology program. Students who complete their Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice at Aiken Technical College may transfer seamlessly to Lander to earn their Bachelor of Science in Criminology.

Aiken Technical College has announced its Dean's List for the spring 2021 semester. Students must be enrolled in at least nine semester hours in a degree, diploma, or certificate program and have at least a 3.5-grade point average to be named to the Dean's List.

Aiken Tech to offer tower technician training course this fall

Skilled, certified tower technicians are critical in supporting the telecommunications industry. As 5G, broadband, and fiber projects expand and increase, so does the need for this workforce.

To help address this workforce need, Aiken Technical College is offering a certified tower technician course from October 13-25.
