Aiken Technical College graduate Joshua Stanley was encouraged to pursue his degree while working in Aiken Tech’s Information Services Management department, where he is an IT Services Specialist.

Aiken Technical College graduate, Khadijah Padgett-Sulton earned her Associate in Applied Science: Early Care & Education degree and an Early Childhood Development Certificate in May 2022.

Emma Troup enrolled in Aiken Technical College’s Early College Program at Midland Valley High School her sophomore year to get a head start on her education.

Ismat Hasan, a student at Aiken Technical College, has been named a 2022 New Century Workforce Scholar and will receive a $1,250 scholarship. New Century Workforce Scholars are selected based on their academic accomplishments, leadership, activities, and how they extend their intellectual talents beyond the classroom. Over 2,200 students were nominated from more than 1,200 college campuses across the country. Only one New Century Workforce Scholar was selected from each state.
