Bank of America has awarded the Aiken Technical College Foundation an economic mobility grant to help students achieve success by removing financial barriers to completing their college education.

Aiken Technical College has announced its Dean’s List for the spring 2023 semester.

Review road rules and how to practice safe driving in our Defensive Driving course. The course will be held June 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The course cost is $95. **This course has been canceled for June 10. The next Defensive Driving course will be held July 15.**

Earning the CompTIA Security + certification shows that you have the skills to secure a network and deter hackers. This course helps attendees prepare for the certification exam. 

The course will be held June 6-July 25 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The course is free for South Carolina residents, and limited funding is available to cover course costs for out-of-state residents.

Aiken County Public School District and Aiken Technical College leaders have officially and ceremoniously signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the construction of the school system’s new career and technology center on the technical college’s campus.

The Tower Drone Pilot course is intended to help each participant earn their FAA-licensed drone operator certificate.

The Certified Tower Technician course prepares students for entry-level wireless tower technician level one positions.
