Campus Road and Parking Lot Closure Updates

Ongoing construction activities may impact access to select campus roadways and parking lots. The information below will be updated as information becomes available.

Campus Road Access

Effective April 2025 until further notice, campus access via the college’s pond entrance will be limited due to construction activities. Students, employees, and campus guests should enter campus at the traffic light entrance when possible.

Parking Lot Availability

The following parking lots are partially impacted or unavailable:

  • Parking Lot P1: Unavailable

    • Accessible parking from this parking lot has been temporarily relocated behind Building B.

  • Parking Lot P2: Partially impacted

    • Limited parking is available. Visitors are encouraged to use parking lot P3 when possible.

  • Parking Lot P7: Partially impacted

    • Access to this parking lot is only available through parking lot P15.

  • Parking Lot P8: Partially impacted

    • Limited parking is available.

Renovation Project - Building A

Estimated Project Timeline: March 2025 – December 2025

 

Project Overview

The Building A Renovation Project aims to repurpose the building into the campus’s new administrative building. Renovations are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025 and be completed by the end of 2025. Once finished, Building A will become the new Enrollment and Administrative building that will house services such as the Enrollment Services Center, Business Office, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, Informaton Technology, and the ATC Foundation.

 

Nursing Education Center Construction Project

Estimated Project Timeline: Late Spring 2025 – Early 2027

 

Project Overview

The Nursing Education Center will become the college’s newest academic building once constructed. The 30,000-square-foot building will house the School of Nursing programs—registered nursing, licensed practical nursing, and patient care technician.

The facility will include auditorium seating, advanced technology, skills and simulation lab spaces, and additional faculty office space.

 

 

Aiken County Career and Technology Center Construction Project

Estimated Completion: Summer 2026

The Aiken County Public School District is constructing its new Aiken County Career and Technology Center on land leased to the district by Aiken Technical College.

The nearly 100,000-square-foot facility will replace the district’s current Career and Technology Center located on Jefferson Davis Highway.
