Aiken Technical College hosted Aiken County Council members and county administrators on February 24 for its annual State of the College presentation and dinner.

Aiken Technical College held a retirement reception February 23 for Kate O’Hara-Goergen, a media resource consultant. O’Hara-Goergen served the State of South Carolina for 28 years, including 26 years at Aiken Technical College.

Aiken Technical College employees were recognized as Educators of the Year at the 2026 South Carolina Technical Education Association (SCTEA) Conference. 

 

The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration Steering Committee awarded several honors during its annual event on Sunday, February 8, presented by Aiken Technical College and the University of South Carolina Aiken.

After more than 16 years of dedicated service, Kelly Lynn is retiring from Aiken Technical College. 

 

Students, faculty, and staff from Aiken Technical College and USC Aiken came together today for the annual MLK Day of Service. Participants volunteered at three local nonprofits: ACTS of Aiken, the Aiken Animal Shelter, and Clean Up Aiken. 

Aiken Technical College has announced its Dean’s List for the fall 2025 term.
