Major in Nursing
This degree teaches students to provide direct patient care that is safe and effective and prepares them to take the registered nurse licensure exam (NCLEX-RN). Coursework includes theory and supervised clinical work.
LPN to ADN Transition
For those already established as a Licensed Practical Nurse, this degree program can be completed in three semesters. LPNs take a one-semester transition program, then join the last two semesters of the Associate Degree Nurse program, preparing them to take the licensure exam for registered nurses (NCLEX-RN).

Articulation Agreement with the University of South Carolina Aiken
Graduates of the Nursing Program at Aiken Technical College, who have passed the NCLEX RN and are licensed to practice nursing in the State of South Carolina will be eligible to apply for admission to the USC-Aiken School of Nursing RN to BSN Completion Track. Students that are interested in obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Nursing at USCA are encouraged to meet with their Aiken Technical College nursing advisors regarding requirements.
